We do not track you outside the Platform and Services and give you additional features for extra privacy setting and limit what actions we record whilst you do, to allow you to enjoy your experience within the Platform and Services.

This Privacy Policy describes the kinds of information that Pixzzart Technologies Limited (Trading as “Gistmine”) (“we”) may collect about you through the Platform and Services and what we may do with that information. And this policy applies to you if you access the Platform and Services, are a registered user on the the Platform and Services and/or make purchases on the the Platform and Services.

What Personal Data We Collect And Why We Collect It
We generally collect two kinds of information through the Platform and Services – personal and interests information you provide to us when you sign up or register and non-personal information through your computer or mobile of how you use our Platform and Services.

We may collect information from your phone book, if you grant us access but do not save contacts who are not registered on the Platform and Services to our servers. We DO NOT collect information contained in the messages you send through our Platform and Services.

We DO NOT share, sell or rent the personal data we collect with any third parties other than our other projects or our companies. We may share non-personal data on our Platform and Services with third parties such as contest sponsors, advertisers, promotional and marketing partners.

  • Google LLC, who provide in-app purchase payment handling services for Android devices.
  • Apple LLC, who provide in-app purchase payment handling services for iOS systems.
  • We may be legally obligated to disclose personal and non-personal information about you to the government or law enforcement officials in our sole discretion provided they comply with applicable rules, law and orders for such requests.

    How Long We Retain Your Data We will only keep your personal data for as a long as required for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or comply with any legal obligations. Any request from you for access or copy of your personal data must be in writing. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time and in any event within 28 days in compliance with European data protection legislation. We will comply with our legal obligations as regards your rights as a data subject. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our Platform and Services (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Platform and Services administrators can also see and edit some of that information.

    We collect, store and process your information in the United Kingdom. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

    Minors
    Our Platform and Services is not directed at or for use by children under the age of 13 years (15 years for certain territories). Should we become aware that any personal information has been collected on the Platform and Service from a minor under age of 13, the account will be immediately terminated and deleted.     Our Platform and Services is deployed within a secure layer to increase security of data transfer between your web browser and our website or mobile app. You will see the (HTTPS) and padlock symbol in your web browser web address bar.

    Payment Security All debit/credit transactions are handled using a secure gateway providers.
    We employ administrative, physical, and electronic controls designed to protect your data from unauthorised access and abuse.

    What Data Breach Procedures We Have In Place
    Where a data security breach occurs or we suspect a system compromise, we may contact you to advice a change of any passwords and we may install additional preventive protective measures.

    What Third Parties We Receive Data From
    We may used google analytics to tell us about traffic source and other third-party source to help us downloads and conversions to our Platform and Services.

    What Automated Decision Making And/Or Profiling We Do With User Data
    We do not currently perform any automated decision making or profiling from user data you provide to us.

    Information You Provide

    In order for you to become a registered user or make purchases through our website or mobile apps, you will need to provide us with certain personal information: your name, e-mail address and telephone number during the registration process.

    Registration Information:
    email, telephone number, name, username and password. Additional Personal Information: age, gender, profession, industry, Profile information: profile image, cover image, language, other social media account information, interests Your User Content: text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, sounds, voice message, documents, comments, item for sale, uploads, events, token, chat messages, virtual item videos that you choose to upload or broadcast on the Platform (“User Content”)

    Behavioural User Content:
    content you generate and view on the Platform and Services is processed, including interests, favourites and preferences you set such as hashtags and users profiles to present other content to you. Payment information: such as Stripe, PayPal or other third-party payment provider information, if you wish to make purchases or other transaction payments. Your phone book contacts: We may access your phone book contacts where permission is explicitly granted. We DO NOT upload your entire phone book contacts to our server but only do a match of those that are using the Platform and Services. However, you can choose to invite contacts in your phone book to the Platform and Services. Verification: We may collect information about you to verify your account, status and badge , and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Preferences: Interests, followers, hashtag, notifications, security settings, language Social Media: We may collect general information from social media profile links or username you add to your profile on Platform and Services. Third-Party Services: We may collect information about you from third-party services such as analytics providers. Others Users Report or Inquiries: We may receive information about you from other users of the Platform and Services who report your content or inquiries about your profile.

    Platform and Services Feedback and Comments
    When users leave comments or feedback on the Platform and Services we collect the data shown in the comments or feedback form, and also the users’s or visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection on our App.

    An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

    Media
    If you are given the functionality to upload images to the the Platform and Services or App, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors or users to the the Platform and Services can download and extract any location data from images on the the Platform and Services.

    Contact forms
    When visitors contact us using the contact form provided we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string (web App) to help spam detection.

    We may also collect non-personal information from visitors and registered users of the Platform and Services. Permission in our mobile are clearly stated in our manifest.

    If you contact us or our representatives via e-mail or contact form on our Platform and Services, We may collect, retain and use any the information that you provide.

    Administration, Account Management and Billing
    Gistmine may need to contact you for billing, purchasing or account management matters, in which case, we use the data we hold on your account on sign-up to do so. Our use of your personal information in this way is necessary to perform our obligations to you under our Terms of Service.

    We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform and Services such as your unique device identifiers, internet or other network your IP address, geo-location data, browsing and some search history and Cookies.

    Device Information
    We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform and Services including your unique device identifiers, device model, your mobile service provider, time zone, IP address, display resolution, operating system, mobile platform and keystroke typed and app names.

    Location Data
    We may collect information about your location based on your SIM card and/or IP address or Global Positioning System (GPS) data, if you choose to give permission to the Platform and Services.

    Usage Information
    We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and Services and other Content you generate, uploads, subscriptions and any live stream broadcast through our Platform and Services.

    We collect and process messages through but DO NOT scan and analyse for advertising or for sell, information you provide when composing, sending or receiving message through the Platform’s messaging functionality. However, we can not warranty that those messages can not be seen, intercepted by any other user or party. Any messages sent through the Platform and Services is at your own risk and should not be treated as confidential.

    Metadata
    When you upload any User Content, certain metadata information connected to the User Content is connected to the content. Metadata may describes how, when, and who the User Content relate or associated and how that content is formatted, hashtags and captions.

    These are cookies that are necessary in enabling you to browse our Platform and Services and use its features such as like shopping carts and payments.
